Kathryn Zaki is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cisco Meraki and has spent over a decade transforming their HR, talent acquisition and talent mobility initiatives. She has enabled employee growth & engagement by creating a strategy for talent to move fluidly toward the highest priority areas of the organization and is also a champion of ERGs. Earlier in her career, Kathryn advised the Cisco Disabilities Awareness Network ERG and launched new chapters in Europe and India, contributing to Cisco being named a top company for People with Disabilities by Diversity, Inc.
