Betty Brano is the President of Brano Design LLC. She has worked in Project Management (construction industry) for over 15 years. Betty has a hands on professional experience and has delivered exceptional results for clients and is regarded favorably by her peers. She is deeply committed to sourcing sustainable ways to curate buildings.
Betty continues to play a very active role in the day-to-day operations of the company and is intently focused on business development and strategic partnerships. Her clients have included hospitality, government, healthcare,
education, retail, pharmaceutical and residential and the projects have involved some of the area’s most iconic buildings in the tristate (NY, NJ, PA).
Betty is a resident of New Jersey. She began her career at Merrill Lynch as a Project Manager where over the course of 8 years she acquired the knowledge and skills associated with project planning, job cost analysis and contract negotiations. Prior to working in Wall Street, she worked in the Fashion Industry for several years and acquired the skill for formulating colors, determining design trends, forecasting future trends, sourcing
material, product research and project coordination. Betty leveraged professional experiences from the financial and fashion industries to start her own Design firm in 2006. She transitioned from residential to commercial interiors during the economic downturn of 2008, she has since worked her way up to the construction industry by providing expertise on project management, interior finishes, supply, design and installation of furniture & furnishings. Betty holds an associate degree in Business Administration and has completed continuing professional development courses in Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, Sustainable
Furnishings and Design-Build.
